Rich is a senior credit professional with more than 35 years of hands-on experience in managing all aspects of credit risk, collections and enforcement across a wide range of sectors.

He has 20+ years spent in consulting engineering and professional services – both in the UK and internationally – having held senior credit positions in global consultancies. He brings this expertise to the MZA table to support the senior team.

Rich is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Credit Management and the Chartered Management Institute. He is also a former UK Commercial Credit Manager of the year and was Vice Chairman of the CICM’s Building & Allied Trades group.
