Carlos joined MZA in April 2026 as a Senior Architect, bringing extensive experience across multidisciplinary projects in the UK and internationally. 

He has worked across custodial, public sector and large-scale commercial schemes, including airports and football stadiums, leading projects through design development, coordination and delivery. With a strong BIM background, he works closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and high-quality solutions. 

Carlos has contributed to projects for clients including the Ministry of Justice and has a strong interest in digital innovation, AI tools and emerging technologies. 

He values teamwork, positive working relationships and believes collaboration brings out the best in people. 

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys travelling, music, great food, and spending time with friends and family between London and Madrid.
