Mercedes is a BIM Coordinator and EngTech LCIBSE professional, with 10 years of experience delivering and coordinating building services projects across a diverse range of sectors in the UK, including data centres, offices, residential developments and commercial buildings. 

She has extensive experience in BIM, supporting multidisciplinary teams to achieve efficient project delivery through effective collaboration and coordination. 

Mercedes has also worked as a BREEAM Coordinator, collecting and managing evidence to demonstrate responsible sourcing of materials and promoting material reuse where possible, contributing to the achievement of the client’s required BREEAM Excellent rating. 

Outside of work, Mercedes enjoys running, travelling, spending time with family and friends, and maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness and exercise.
