Winni joined MZA in 2025, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the building services industry. She began her career in 2014 after earning her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering and starting as a Graduate Engineer with WSP.

Since then, Winni has built a broad career across both design and construction management, including time as a Building Services Coordinator in a main construction company. She has contributed to a wide range of large-scale projects spanning hotels, residential and commercial developments, sports facilities, and pharmaceutical projects.

In addition to her professional experience, Winni completed a Master’s degree in Facility Management in 2021, strengthening her understanding of building operations and lifecycle management. She also holds advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM) qualifications, including Professional Certification as a BIM Coordinator in 2022. These skills enable her to integrate design, construction, and operational requirements more effectively, ensuring projects are delivered with greater efficiency, accuracy, and long-term value.

With three years of on-site construction support experience and a strong background in HVAC design, Winni is now working towards Chartered Engineer status.
