Abdul is an Associate Mechanical Engineer who joined the MZA team in 2025, bringing with him a diverse range of industry experiences.

After graduating with a BEng in Mechanical Engineering, he began his career in heavy and specialist fabrication field in the Nuclear and Petrochemical Industry. He completed his MBA from the University of Surrey in 1997, which equipped him with essential business skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, project management, and leadership.

In 2010, he decided to focus on Building Services, completing his Masters in Building Services from LSBU, and in 2014, he qualified as a Chartered Engineer and went on to build a very strong career in design consultancy role within the construction industry. He is also a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE).

Abdul has worked for various medium-to-large multi-disciplinary team consultancies in UK. He has contributed to various education, healthcare, commercial and residential buildings. He is also very proud to have led teams to deliver those projects, and enjoys mentoring new entrants.

Abdul also delivers HNC & HND courses as a visiting lecturer in his local Technical Institute. He aims to share his extensive skills and knowledge with the MZA team, while continuing to contribute to innovative and sustainable engineering solutions to MZA valued clients.
