Blagica joined MZA in May 2025 as a Principal Mechanical Engineer, bringing over 20 years of experience working within multi-disciplinary design teams at a major consultancy. Throughout her diverse career, she has contributed to a wide range of high-profile projects across Greater London and the Kent area. including large-scale new-build commercial office and retail developments, data centres, and luxury residential schemes within premium complexes. These include apartments and resident amenities such as gyms, swimming pools, spas, and car parking with associated services. Her portfolio also encompasses Grade I listed building refurbishments, Cat A office space upgrades with provisions for future Cat B fit-outs, and extensive residential and mixed-use developments, featuring energy centres and landlord residential common areas.

Blagica holds BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Major Thermo-techniques and Thermo-energetics from ‘St. Cyril and Methodiuous’, Skopje, Macedonia, is a member of CIBSE and is currently working towards Chartered Engineer status.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, skiing, and hiking.
