Joti joined MZA in 2017 as a Graduate Engineer, having gained a BEng (Hons) in Architectural Environment Engineering. She went on to complete an MSc in Building Services Engineering in 2019.

Since then, Joti has built strong technical capability and broad project experience, contributing to complex schemes across the custodial, commercial, residential and healthcare sectors, and developed excellent working relationships with clients and contractors.

As a senior member of MZA’s design team, Joti mentors our mechanical degree apprentice team and supports their ongoing professional development.
