Nawin began his journey with MZA in September 2025 as a Mechanical Degree Apprentice. He has a strong academic background, having completed a BTEC Level 3 in Engineering, which has provided him with a solid foundation of technical knowledge to build upon in his apprenticeship.

He is eager to develop his skills further and gain valuable hands-on experience within the building services industry. Nawin looks forward to contributing to a variety of projects at MZA and aims to grow into a well-rounded engineer within the company.
