Associate Public Health Engineer
Witold is an Associate Public Health Engineer who joined the MZA team in 2025, bringing over three decades of diverse industry experience.
He began his career in the mid-1980s after earning a master’s degree in environmental engineering, joining one of the largest multidisciplinary consultancies in south-eastern Poland as a Junior Design Engineer. In the 1990s, he qualified as a Chartered Engineer and went on to build a broad career in both design and construction management roles within the construction industry.
In 2008, Witold joined one of the leading construction companies, Skanska, where he worked until 2015. That year, he relocated to the UK to join Building Design Partnership (BDP). During his tenure at BDP, he contributed to a number of large-scale laboratory, healthcare, and residential developments, further deepening his technical and project delivery expertise.
In recent years, he has focused on the restoration and renewal of Grade I listed heritage buildings, expanding his knowledge of conservation practices and historical architecture.
Witold has been a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) since 2016. He aims to share his extensive skills and knowledge with the team while continuing to contribute to innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
